    Help needed with Asymptotes!

    Hey all. I'm really short on time. This is due in a little while and I am just clueless. Here is my problem:



    Only thing I'm thinking, isn't a vertical asymptote defined as when the denominator is equal to zero? I have no idea how to accomplish that with the given function though.

    (x-b) = +/- sqrt(a)
    x=b +/- sqrt(a)
