An equation of a surface that needs to be put in standard form

Reduce the equation to one of the standard forms, classify the surface, and sketch it.

    36. x^2 - y^2 + z^2 - 2x + 2y + 4z + 2 = 0

I can't seem to complete the square on this one. I don't know what to do.
