    Parametric equations for a line.

    Find parametric equations for the line through (2, 4, 6) that is perpendicular to the plane x - y + 3z = 7.

I think you have to find the normal to this plane and then plug in some results, but how do I get the normal? Or perhaps go about this problem in some other way?

    Thank you

    Thank you
    the normal to a plane ax + ny + cz = d is simply \vec n = <a,b,c>

    A normal to the plane ax + by + cz = d is ai + bj + ck .......
