    Error control /w Richardson method for computing integral /w compos. Simpson 1/3 rule

    Hello to everyone who's reading this. Could someone please help me figure out what is being mentioned with regard to the "error control using the Richardson method" in the following pdf? https://www.docdroid.net/O0ab5z2/p.pdf Any input would be greatly appreciated!     See Wikipedia on this. Basically its just a means of interpolation between points that is supposed to converge quicker than say a linear method.
