How would you rotate an equation around the origin in the y plane?

This is the question:

u_xx+2u_xy+2u_yy+u_x_u_y = 0

Find if this equation for u(x,y) has the same coefficients in front of the derivitves under all rotations about the origin in the xy-plane.
