    Trigonometric functions

I have absolutely no idea what to do here. Please help.
    for -180˚ ≤ Ө ≤ 180˚, solve

    1) tan^2 3Ө= 1

    for 0˚ ≤ Ө ≤ 360˚, solve

    2) 2sin^2 Ө = cos3Ө

    thanks Ө= theta

    1) tan^2 3Ө= 1

    ...
    \tan^2(3\theta)=1~\iff~\tan(3\theta)=1 ~\vee~\tan(3\theta)=-1... \iff~3\theta = 45~\vee~3\theta=-135~\vee~3\theta=-45~\vee~3\theta=135

...and now you can easily calculate \theta
