    Evaluate the Limit

    Evaluate the limit, if it exists. (If it does not exist, enter NONE).



    Other problems i've solved like this, i just used direct substitution and got the answer correct. but when i do direct substitution for this problem i get 0/0. what does that mean and what do i need to do differently to correct this
