Multiply the power of the variable by the coefficient and reduce the power of the variable by 1.

a) $f'(x)=4$

b) $g'(x)=24x^2-10x+3$

c) I'm not sure what you're saying the function is. But if you have a root, such as $\sqrt{x}$, you can rewrite it as $x^{\frac{1}{2}}$ and then use the power rule, giving you $\frac{1}{2}x^{-\frac{1}{2}$.
