Thread: Rewriting a matrix equation as a system...quick help needed :). (Differential Eqns)

Hi all.

I've been fighting with matlab over one problem, my main question is...could I write the first equation listed in this image:



as
x1' = 2x
x2' = -x
x3' = 3x
x4' = -2x
?

I have no problem solving this by hand but Matlab is fighting me tooth and nail. Thanks a lot guys!
