If stationary points are critical points, then all you need to do is solve f'(x)=0 for x.

As colby2152 says, take the first derivative
$y^{\prime} = \frac{1}{\sqrt{x}} - 1$

and set it to 0:
$\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}} - 1 = 0$ <-- Multiply both sides by $\sqrt{x}$

$1 - \sqrt{x} = 0$

You should be able to take it from here.
