$\frac{s(s+1)^2}{\sqrt s} = \frac{s(s^2+2s+1)}{\sqrt s} = \frac{s^3+2s^2+s}{s^{1/2}} = s^{5/2}+2s^{3/2}+s^{1/2}$. You should be able to integrate that.
