    Help finding the limit?

I need to find the limit in this question: Help finding the limit?-capture1.jpgWhat I got as a limit was negative infinity, but that's not an option, so maybe it's "Does not exist?" Did I do something wrong and it's not actually -infinity? Thanks!

    Re: Help finding the limit?

If you are of the group of people that thinks a limiting value only exists if it is finite, then the answer is "the limit does not exist".

    Re: Help finding the limit?

the degree of numerator is more than that of denominator so when u apply l hospital rule you are left with an x in numerator then the limit is infinity or it does not exist
