Gosh, I'm sorry. It just takes so long to type in my work. Okay so when I graphed this out and took the right hand points*2 (the width) it gave me 43.8. I can attach an online graph of the points to show my work? It'll have to be in a couple hours though because I have classes. The thing is I'm almost positive it's 43.8 but I'm not sure if the "thousands" part is right, because the wording of the question is tricky. What do you think? And I'll post the graph as soon as I can.

The flow rate is in thousands of gallons per hour, and the time is in minutes, so assuming your 43.8 is correct, you need to divide by 60, which gives 730 gallons.
