You are looking for the points where the tangent to the curve has the same
slope as the line joining the ends of the curve (which has slope 0.25).

You will need a paper copy of the plot and use a ruler, but the points are
near x=0.8, 3.2, 4, and 6.2, but these are probably not accurate to the
nearest 0.1.
