II'm not getting the first part right. If someone can show me, that'd be great. I don't understand the second part at all.

(b) Find the value ofxat whichfincreases most rapidly.

To find the max of a function you need to find all the critical points (points where the derivative is equal to zero or undefined). You then evaluate these points with the second derivative test( f'' < 0 then the point is a max). For the second part you need to maximise the derivative.
