unit normal-help and calculus..about 1.5days left till exam.!!asap!
Hi This is the question I have been working on.
Could someone tell me how to find the unit normal for the slanted plane.thanks.
Could someone also tell me what the unit normal is for each type of surface.

Hint: For your parameterization try and solve for the conic section and get a parameterization. Sub equation 2 into equation 1 and then look at the form of the equation (should be an ellipsoid) and then use the parameterization for the ellipsoid to define your contour for C.
