    Line/surface integral problem

    Evaluate

    ∫C Fds where c(t) = ((cost)^5 , (sint)^3, t^4)
    And F=(2xyz +sinx, zx^2 , yx^2) and t is between 0 and pi

Please explain each step so I can understand it better thanks
I know there should be a shortcut for this but I'm not sure what to do
