Some brackets to avoid ambiguity would be nice. Is it \displaystyle \begin{align*} 11 - \frac{x}{\sqrt{14-x}} \end{align*} or \displaystyle \begin{align*} \frac{11 - x}{\sqrt{14-x}} \end{align*}?

I would prefer to make substitution for 14-x = t Thus dx = - dt and x = 14-t
The integral becomes
= Integral ( 3-t)/sqrt t dt which can be easily integrated
