    Double Integral Problem

    Hey there I need some help with this problem:

    given: R is the region of surface
    f(m,n):=R (x^m)(y^n) dxdy

    evaluate:

    limm,nf(m,n)

    please explain each step you did so I can understand how to do this problem thanks!
