    Radius of Convergence of a divergent function

    I am supposed to find the radius of convergence of the sum from 0 to infinity of ((n+3)!x^n)/2^(n+1) by using the ratio test.
    However, this appears to be a divergent series? What does this mean for the radius of convergence?
