Thread: Ordered triple of a vector

Find an ordered triple of a vector so that is perpendicular to the plane containing the points B(0, 0, 0), C(5, 3, 7), and D(-5, 7, 4).

No idea where to start, and my book isn't helping much...

get the vectors BC and CD..
get their cross product..
the resulting vector is perpendicular to both BC and CD, and hence perpendicular to the plane that contains B, C and D. Ü
