Lightbulb Trig Function Absolute Max / Min =)

Hello! I have an exam tomorrow and am stuck on this problem from the homework, any help would be much appreciated!

    f(x) = 3cos (x + pi/3) on [0, 5pi/3]

Finding absolute max and min, but using calculus.

    Thanks!
