Hi i need to express e^((i*pi)/6) in the form x + yi , i think it has something to do with Euler's formula for e^(i*pi) =-1 but just not sure where to start ? Any help would be great

Just write out Euler's formula, then substitute pi/6 for x. pi/6 is one of those numbers for which you should know the sine and cosine. See the pdf.
