What kind of numerical technique are you using? Is this the mid-point method? Trapezium method? Simpsons Rule?

He is using the midpoint method.

You need to convert units. Your numerical calculations are correct - it is 1300, but the units are (km/h)(sec), so you need to divide by 3600 to get the correct answer in km.

hey chiro, I'm honestly not sure. I am just using the method my professor showed us. I wish I knew the name.

What we were taught to do is place the midpoint in the middle of the delta x. for example if the delta x or width was 6, place the midpoint on 3 on the curve

basically halfway in-between the midpoint.
