1.) I would rewrite the equation as:

$\displaystyle x^{-\frac{11}{5}}=4127$

Raise both sides to a power of $\displaystyle -\frac{5}{11}$. What do you find?

2.) Divide through by 4 to get:

$\displaystyle e^{x-2}=\frac{1325}{4}$

My calculator shows the last digit of your result for 1.) to be a 6. However, unless you are asked to give a decimal approximation, I would give the exact result.
