    Express in real and imaginary parts

    I am having trouble with this question i just dont know where to start, im not looking for a straight up answer just hints to help me on my way to solving it myself.

    Express the following complex number in real and imaginary parts;

    z = 1 / cos^2(0.5*j*ln(j))

    \ln z=\ln |z|+i\arg z\Rightarrow \ln i=\cdots

    Should be straightforward from there.
