    Line Integral

    Hi, attached is a file with my attempt at the question. The file contains both the question, and the final answer. My problem is with the radical, because it doesn't simplify down to the solution manual answer. According the the textbook, the radical should become 1/2sqrt(x)...

    Any help would be appreciated!
