how to I know what p and q are?

What is the minimal value of $\displaystyle \int_{3}^{7} f(x) \, dx$? Remember, f(x) can only range from 10 to 19 inclusive. This minimal value is given by P.

Put the values directly, u will get lower value P equal to 40 and higher Q as 76.
