$P\leq \int_{3 }^{ 7} \(f(x))dx \leq Q$

how to I know what p and q are?

What is the minimal value of $\int_{3}^{7} f(x) \, dx$ ? Remember, f(x) can only range from 10 to 19 inclusive. This minimal value is given by P.

Put the values directly, u will get lower value P equal to 40 and higher Q as 76.
