set f'(x) = 0 , 1, and -1 and solve for x, then determine f(x) for each value you solved for.

    f'(x) = 4x - 6 = 0 , x= 3/2
    = 4x - 6 = 1 , x= 7/4
    = 4x -6 = -1 , x= 5/4
    Is that correct so far?
