I can get you started on the first few questions:

(i) Recall the first step is to write the integrand in a very specific format - typically using parameters A, B, C, etc.
(ii) $\ln{a} + \ln{b} = \ln{ab}$, and $\ln{a} - \ln{b} = \ln{\frac{a}{b}}$
(iii) if the logs are equal, what's inside is equal
(iv) the steps for this problem are what you just did in (i), (ii), and (iii).
This next question, I'm not sure what to do. I think you want to introduce a new variable $z=4x+7y+2$.
The second page of problems are just applying the formulas you learned. In the last one, you can cancel $y^2$ from everything, but remember that $y=0$ is going to be a solution, too.
