How about $f(x) = 3x^2 - \frac{x^3}{3}$

$f'(x) = 6x - x^2$

$f''(x) = 6 - 2x$ which is the graph in ur picture

I don't think the OP is supposed to use integration of obtain a member of the family of curves, but rather to use the implications of the given graph. Also, this topic has been posted twice.
