$V'(p) = 2 \left(\rho \sigma _x \sigma _y-\sigma _y^2\right)+2 p \left(\sigma _x^2-2 \rho \sigma _x \sigma _y+\sigma _y^2\right)$

i think this solution is incorrect as there is only 1 rho in the problem but you have two in the solution. also i have to minimize this eq. is my answer truly correct?
