    Sum of scalar multiples?

Write the vecor OI--> as a sum of scalar multiples of u and v.

    (I got 2v-3u, but that's wrong)

the "v-component" of 2v - 3u is pointing in the wrong direction: 2v points "northwest" but the v-component of OI should be pointing "southeast" (I is "below the u-axis" formed by OD).
