    Help with graph

    1) Create a graph by connecting the points with the following coordinates by
    straight lines:

    (-1,2) (0,0) (2,3) (5,0) (8,-1)

    2) Create a new graph by horizontally stretching the graph you created in 1) by
    a factor of 2.

    3) Create a new graph by vertically stretching the graph you created in 1) by a
    factor of 3.

Cannot show the graphs, but will show the new coordinates.

    Graph 1:
    (-1,2), (0,0), (2,3), (5,0), (8,-1).

    Graph 2:
    2) Create a new graph by horizontally stretching the graph you created in 1) by a factor of 2.
Multiply all the x-coordinates by 2, while leaving alone all the y-coordinates.
    (-2,2), (0,0), (4,3), (10,0), (16,-1).

    Graph 3:
    3) Create a new graph by vertically stretching the graph you created in 1) by a factor of 3.
Multiply all the y-coordinates by 3, while leaving alone all the x-coordinates.
    (-1,6), (0,0), (2,9), (5,0), (8,-3).

You may graph those on paper if you like.
