differential equation simplification
Hello, I have the following differential equation: dI/dt = Icos3t Solving it, I get to the point of: I = e^(.333sin3t+c) This simplifies to: e^c*e^(.333sin3t) The next simplifcation I don't understand: = c*e^(.333sin3t) Can someone please tell me how e^c became c ? Thanks for any help.

The second $C$ should be uppercase: $e^c=C.$
