    differentiate

    how do you find dy/dx for: x^2 - 3lny+y^2=10

    Sheven, it is in our book I will show you tomorrow. p. 322 #73
    The answer is in the back since it is odd.
    I have several of the other answers. They are all somewhere in the book so if Frankenstein's otebook is there we can look them up.

    2x-\frac{3}{y}\frac{dy}{dx}+2y\frac{dy}{dx}=0
    Thus,
    \frac{dy}{dx}\left(2y-\frac{3}{y}\right)=-2x
    Thus,
    \frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{2x}{\frac{3}{y}-2y}Thus,
    \frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{2xy}{3-2y^2}
