Determine the right circular cylinder of greatest volume that can be inscribed upright in a right circular cone of radius 4 and height 8. I couldn't get the right answer, pls help.

$\displaystyle V = \pi r^2 h$ $\displaystyle V = \pi x^2(8 - 2x)$ find $\displaystyle \frac{dV}{dx}$ and maximize
