recall that $\cosh^2 x - \sinh^2 x = 1$

but mine arn't $cosh^2 or sinh^2$ what do i do with the ^2?

umm, you square the answer you have for sinh(x) plug it into the formula, solve for cosh^2(x) and then square root both sides
