there are many ways you can find this derivative. the easiest way i see is to split the fractions and rewrite them so you can use the power rule:

note that, $g(t) = \frac {t - 9}{\sqrt {t}} = \frac {t}{\sqrt {t}} - \frac 9{\sqrt {t}} = t^{\frac 12} - 9t^{- \frac 12}$
