An objects position equations:

x=3t^2-6t

y=t^3-3t

x'=6t-6

y'=3t^2-3

When at rest v=0=sqr root of (x'^2 +y'^2)

It does not appear to ever be at rest. Is that correct? The question asks when is the object at rest.
