Could someone give a summary of how to complete this problem?

$f(x)=e^{3x}$

Determine the maximum error if $M_4(1)$ is used to approximate $e^3$

Hint $e^3=f(1)=M_4(1)+\frac{3^5e^{3\xi}}{5!}$ where $0<\xi<1$ .
