1st Calculus Test Prep

My professor gave us a practice test to prepare ourselves for our first test, but did not provide the solutions for this practice test. Here is a shortened copy of the practice test and my solutions for some of them.

My math for number 4 was cut out and the answer to number 4 is below number 7.

I believe my solutions for the numbers answered are correct. However, I'm completely lost on how to do numbers 5 and 8. Any help on those would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
