    Re: change of base?

I assume it's 4^{x^2}\cdot2^{3x}=4. This is equivalent to
    (2^2)^{x^2}\cdot2^{3x}=2^2
    2^{2x^2}\cdot2^{3x}=2^2
    2^{2x^2+3x}=2^2
    2x^2+3x=2
