Find a set of scalar parametric equations for the line that satisfies the given condition:

Passes through P(2, -2, 3) and perpendicular to the xz-plane.

I know that I need direction numbers, but not sure how to find them.

I may be wrong here, but do I start with an equation passing through P and perpendicular to xz-plane => y = -2?

If the line is perpendicular to the xz-plane the x & z values are constant.
Thus $(2,-2+t,3)$ is the line.
