    how to sovle the initial value problem?

    differential equation:dy/dx=6x^2+4x-5
    initial condition:y=-3 when x=1.

    Integrate: y = \int 6x^2+4x+5 \ dx

    Use the initial condition to find the value of C (the constant of integration)
