Step #1 should be $x\ne 3~\&~x\ne 0.$

Step #2: $f(-x)\ne -f(x)=\frac{-1-5x}{x^2-3x}$

i thought you only replace x with -x and evaluate to see what you end up with. Isn't it?

$\text{If }f(x)=\frac{1+5x}{x^2-3x}\text{ then }f(-x)=\frac{1-5x}{x^2+3x}\ne -f(x)=\frac{-1-5x}{x^2-3x}$

This throws me everytime- so basically you take - sign out and see what happens to original function and in this case numerator changes sign but denominator doesn't so function is neither . Am I correct?
