They are asking at $\displaystyle \displaystyle x \to \infty$
if the slope of the curve is equal to the slope of the asymptote.
So first find the slope of the asymptote, then find $\displaystyle \displaystyle y'(\infty)$
you may need to use some properties of limits.
Are they equal?
