"Use the Comparison Theorem to determine whether the integral is convergent or divergent"
integral of arctan(x) / (2 + e^x), limits of integration 0 to infinity

What ideas have you had so far?
tried using the integral of arctan(x) as a comparison, but that integral is divergent, so doesn't really help much
True, the arctan has a divergent integral. But it's a very nicely behaved function on the interval from zero to infinity. It's even bounded. Could you use that fact, maybe?
