1. Find the angle

Find the angle in equation:
z=[e-o.1s]/s........I don't know that it is about laplace or complex no. but quest says Find the angle.....
Answer is given there:-90-(0.1ω*180/π)

I cannot make sense of what you have posted. Please post the question exactly as it's worded in your book.

Click on the link in my signature to learn how to typest equations .... I assume by e-o.1s you mean $e^{0.1s}$ which can also be typed simply as e^(0.1s).

3. Ah

It is
Z=[e^(-o.1s)]/s

Now tell us about s. What is it meant to stand for?

5. ok

look its the question of Complex numbers but i think so s is there related to laplace transform

Are you trying to find an inverse z-transform or somthing? Please type the whole question exactly as written in yoiur book! Include the whole problem statement. We cannot help you unless the question is clear and complete.
