    Another way of looking at it: what is the distance from (11, 19, 12) to the xy-plane? What is the distance to the yz-plane? What is the distance to the xz-plane? In order to not cross any plane (and remain in the first octant) the radius of the sphere cannot be larger than any of those distances.
